Who we work with
S. Sarich and Sons History
S. Sarich and Sons commenced in 2000 as a small family concrete business. Over the decades, the company grew to become the market leader and largest concrete contractor for flat floor works in Western Australia.
Through their innovation, S. Sarich and Sons pioneered new placement techniques never before seen in this country, including being the first private company in Australia to introduce the Somero Laser Screed.
Northshore Concrete History
Northshore Concrete established itself in Esperance, Western Australia, in 1978. At first, specialising in remote area projects, including building sheds, concrete tanks and anything else concrete. In 1985, the family-owned business ventured into the Perth market, taking on housing and commercial projects and was one of the first in Perth to specialise in concrete fiber floors.
In 1998, the business soared to new heights, increasing its initial fleet of equipment to include an excavator, bobcat, various trucks, pumps and, in 2008, a Somero Laser Screed.
