S & C Concrete have been recognised for our incredibly precise floor flatness (FF) and floor levelness (FL) results.
In 2019, we received a Golden Trowel Award and set a World Record for producing a fiber-concrete Laser Screed floor with 77-foot wide bays. Our floor values measured in at FF 165.5 / FL 116.9, breaking the previous world record by 80 points in a very competitive category.
We received a second Golden Trowel Award and set another World Record in 2021 for our 113,000-square-foot Bunnings Midland project, which featured 75-foot wide pours. We achieved incredible floor values of FF 155 / FL 129, breaking our previous record. Meeting specific FF and FL requirements is especially important for industrial and warehousing facilities. Our proven expertise makes us particularly well-suited to these projects.
