The history of Sarich & Carter stretches across two companies which have now joined forces to extend service throughout Australia.

S. SARICH AND SONS PTY LTD Stipe Sarich and his two sons Mijo and Paul started as a small family business in the concrete industry over twenty five years ago. In this time S. Sarich and Sons have grown to be the market leaders and  largest concrete contractors for flat floor works in Western Australia. In the year 2000, S. Sarich and Sons are extremely proud to be the market leaders in being the first privatised company Australia wide to introduce the Somero Laser Screed. Through this innovation, S. Sarich and Sons have introduced and pioneered new placement techniques never before seen in Australia.

NORTHSHORE CONCRETE PTY LTD Established in 1978 by Dale Carter in Esperance, Western Australia, Dale specialised in remote area projects including building sheds, concrete tanks and anything concrete. Branching into Perth in 1985 undertaking housing and commercial projects, Northshore undertook projects include pouring concrete underwater, building boat ramps and the construction of a boat building facility in Rous Head, Fremantle.  In 1998 Dale’s son, Daniel, joined Northshore Concrete and the business grew to new levels. The initial fleet of equipment, an excavator and bobcat, eventually developed into various trucks, pumps and in 2008 a Somero laser screed was introduced.Northshore was one of the first in Perth to specialise in concrete fibre floors.
